UNDP has been in Nigeria since the country became independent in 1960. In the last  programme cycle (2003-2008), UNDP provided capacity building and policy development support to the Federal Government and 21 states drawn from the six Geo-political zones in four programme areas: Governance & Human Rights; Poverty Reduction; HIV & AIDS; and Energy & Environment. 



The United Nations Development Programme (Nigeria) announces the following vacancies: 



1.) National Expert-Gender

Location: Abuja

Experience: Minimum of 5 years

Deadline:    27 August, 2012




2.) Senior Expert-Gender

Location: Abuja

Experience: Minimum of 7 years

Deadline: 27 August, 2012




3.) Administrative Associate

Location: Abuja

Experience: Minimum of 6 years

Deadline:    22 August, 2012




4.) Finance Associate

Location: Abuja

Experience: Minimum of 7 years

Deadline:    22 August, 2012




5.) BRIDGE Expert, Accrediting and workshop Facilitators - 10

Location: Abuja

Experience: Minimum of 10 years

Deadline:   31 August, 2012
